By confirming your reservation, we assume that you are familiar with and agree to these rules and that you will fully comply with them.
Current offers are available on our website. We guarantee the accuracy of the visual records and data related to the characteristics of the accommodation units in our offer, as well as the accuracy of the prices and conditions under which the accommodation is offered.
By accepting the offer and paying the deposit, the guest confirms that he/she is familiar with these general Terms and Conditions of providing accommodation services and fully accepts them.
After confirming the reservation, the guest pays 20% of the reservation amount in advance, via bank transfer. The guest pays the remaining 80% during the stay.
3. Right of the host to make changes and cancel the reservation
In case extraordinary circumstances that cannot be predicted, avoided, or remedied occur, the reserved accommodation can only be replaced with prior notice and permission of the guest, with the accommodation of the same or higher category and at the price of the amount for the accommodation paid. In case of inability to provide a replacement accommodation, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation with prior notice to the guest at least 7 days before the start of the service, and guarantees a full refund of the paid amount.
If extraordinary circumstances occur on the day of the arrival or during the guest’s stay (sudden malfunctions, etc.), the host will make an effort to provide the guest with information about other possible accommodations and return the unrealised amount paid by the guest. In case of a shorter stay than reserved due to a violation of the Terms or cancellation by the guest, the total accommodation price for the entire reserved period will be charged.
4. Guest’s right to make changes and cancel the reservation
The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge 3 days or more before arrival. If canceled within 3 days before arrival, 20% of the accommodation amount will be charged. If the guest does not show up, 20% of the accommodation amount will be charged.
The deposit is a guarantee to the host that the agreement has been concluded, and in case the reservation is not realised, it serves as compensation.
If the guest does not come to the reserved accommodation unit midnight on the day of the start of the service and has not notified the host, the reservation is considered canceled, and the cancellation costs are calculated according to the above.
Cancellation without cancellation costs is only valid in the following cases and with a mandatory written confirmation:
- Accidental injury with severe physical injury
- Sudden acute illness, requiring urgent medical care
- Pregnancy disorders
- Property damage caused by fire, natural disasters, or intentional criminal acts of a third party
- Military exercise
5. Accommodation Services Description
The accommodation we offer is categorised with 3 stars by the competent authority for Economy. The descriptions provided on the website are relevant and accurate. By accepting the offer, the guest confirms that they are familiar with the data, description, and photos of each accommodation unit we offer. The rooms are divided into two categories: Double room with living room and private bathroom, and Family room with living room and private bathroom. Since we offer several units of the same type, the guest will be assigned the available one within the chosen category.
Each guest will be hosted in a clean and tidy accommodation unit, and each guest will be provided with clean sheets and towels for showering. For guests staying longer than a week, the bed linen will be changed once a week, and more frequently upon request.
The guest is responsible for any damage to the devices or equipment provided for use, caused by inappropriate use of the equipment, and any damage must be determined in the presence of the guest. The guest is obliged to refund any damage on the spot.
Prices are displayed for each accommodation unit. Prices for accommodation units are expressed in euros. Prices listed in the price list refer to the daily rent of a room with breakfast included or a room with half board, depending on the selected offer.
7. Tourist Tax
City tax is not included in the accommodation price and amounts to 1,33 EUR per person per day. Children under 12 do not pay the tourist tax. For children aged 12 to 18, the tourist tax is reduced by 50%.
Entry into the accommodation unit is possible after 2 pm on the day of accommodation service. The host is not obliged to receive guests before 2 pm. The guest should inform the host of the arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival. Upon arrival, it is necessary to provide the host with the documents of all accommodation users for registration with the Tourist Board.
The room must be vacated on the day indicated on the reservation by 11 am. On the day of departure, the guest must allow the host to inspect the condition of the rented accommodation and deliver it in the same condition as it was found on the day of arrival. If the room is not vacated by 11 am, we reserve the right to charge an additional day.
Private outdoor parking is provided for all our guests. Parking is free of charge.
11. Air Conditioning
The use of air condition is included in the price. However, if the host notices that the air conditioning unit is turned on and the windows are open when the guest is or is not in the reserved accommodation, the host reserves the right to charge for negligent use of the air conditioning unit, which increases the cost of stay by 2 – 3 EUR per day.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit is done on the day of arrival and departure by the host. Bed linen is changed every 7 days, or earlier upon request. Used towels are changed every second day, unless the guest requests otherwise. Toilet paper is also provided and its supply is checked daily. The guest is obliged to leave the reserved accommodation tidy.
Pets are welcome, but an additional fee is charged for their stay to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms for all our guests. Please contact us in advance to provide you with all the necessary information about the amount of the fee and the conditions for the stay of pets.
Complaints should be reported when the problem arises. We do not accept complaints at departure in order to reduce your bill. Please report any problems in a timely manner so that we can try to resolve them to mutual satisfaction. We only accept complaints during the stay, complaints after departure are not possible.
The guest is obliged to:
- adhere to the house rules displayed in the rented accommodation unit and cooperate with the host in good faith.
- provide personal documents upon arrival in the accommodation unit for registration with the authorities. The documents will be returned to the guest within a maximum of 12 hours.
- bringing in more people than agreed or bringing in unannounced pets into the accommodation unit is not allowed. In that case, we reserve the right to cancel the guest’s stay and charge the full amount of the agreed package.
15. Complaint resolution
The guest who booked the accommodation has the right to complain about the unfulfilled agreed service.
If the guest is not satisfied with the condition upon arrival, he is obliged to inform the host immediately about the reasons for his dissatisfaction.
If the guest is not satisfied with the condition upon arrival and leaves the property and finds another accommodation himself, without giving the host a chance to remedy the cause of his dissatisfaction or to find him a replacement accommodation, he cannot request a refund regardless of whether his reasons were justified or not.
If justified causes of dissatisfaction cannot be remedied, the host may offer alternative accommodation to the guest. If it is not adequate for the guest, he may find alternative accommodation himself.
The maximum compensation for complaints may reach the amount of the advertised part of the service and cannot cover already used services or the entire amount of the package.
16. Protection of personal data
The guest voluntarily provides personal data. The guest’s personal data is necessary in the process of realising the requested service, i.e., registering the guest with the Tourist Board. The lessor undertakes not to provide personal data of the guest to a third party, except for the purpose of realising the requested service.
